Refill Visitor Book (300 Inserts)

The A4 Refill Book is for our Visitor Book. Each refill book contains 300 visitor passes. The pages within this visitors book refill have perforated top copies enabling them to be torn off for insertion into badge wallets. The duplicate copy of each page is retained for a permanent visitor record

Details on each tear out include: Name, Company, Visiting, Date, Time and Vehicle. On the reverse of pass provides details relating to H&S Act, No smoking policy, Fire and emergency actions, Parking policy and accidents and incidents policy
